COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omin Vision LP1215HVN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Innovation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the PM820 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC243257CQB110 manufactured by Micro-Innovation and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Innovation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MON4614 by Manufacturer Nematron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Patlite Brand PATLITEGSL05TMWSIGNALDISPLAY in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Drive-Control-Systems such as MICROSPEED196MICROSPEED196 equipment made by Drive-Control-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Drive-Control-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Drive-Control-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P6581271G90 made by Toshiba as well as the popular M23JGD22 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM820UPM8RDA by Square-D and MICROSPEED196MICROSPEED196 spares by Drive-Control-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NM901A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
